I can’t believe this woodcutter. He had a gold ring and he traded it for a wooden axe? Why didn’t he just save up enough money to buy a wooden axe or sell the gold ring or even offered it to the woman he intended to marry if he really needed money so bad. What a foolish decision he made. No wonder he got scammed.
