taeha needs to get over himself and stop hurting hawon, sure he “betrayed” him but that was only bc hawon was FEARING FOR HIS LIFE. hawon never fucked guys for pleasure or because he wanted to, he did it so he could survive. i’d argue hawon didn’t even “sleep with” aeil he was literally coerced and forced to have sex with aeil. he was RAPED, and that video made it so goddamn obvious that hawon wasn’t willingly “giving it up”. calling someone who’s been sexually exploited all his life ever since he was a child, a “whore” is so fucking low. i know he’s angry, i know he was betrayed but weaponising someone’s trauma against them just because they’re trying to keep the one thing that they have to protect themself is so fucked up. taeha can’t blame hawon for running away and refusing to cooperate because taeha NEVER made the effort to reassure hawon and make him feel secure. hawon betrayed taeha because he felt betrayed and lied to as well. taeha was never upfront about his feelings either, never told hawon he genuinely loved him and never SHOWED hawon that he would never hurt him. taeha kept hawon by his side with THREATS, their relationship was built on fear not trust. yet now he’s crashing out after hawon’s betrayal as if it wasn’t the most logical choice for hawon to make in order to survive?

The wounds we gave each other were too deep” IM LITERALLY A SOBBING MESS… everything about jinhyeong’s backstory accurately depicts the pain of losing a friendship that was so dear to you… it breaks my heart because this reminds me of how i lost the very first best friend i had in my life. we shared everything with each other, laughed together and could be ourselves with each other. Ultimately, everything ended because we both did things that hurt each other and no matter how hard i tried to fix things it couldn’t undo the hurt we did unto each other. Ten years later i still look back to our happy memories fondly. I still miss the long phone calls we had everyday after school. But i know we had to let go, we had to stop being friends because there was just no way we could act like nothing happened between us when we both scarred each other so deeply. Losing a deep and sincere friendship is such a bittersweet thing because at the end of the day no matter how bad things turned out, you end things peacefully and hope for nothing but the best for each other.
