I don't know about the manga, I read somewhere that we are in the crown prince route, but it's more of the friendship found family type ending with the other mls still competing for shushu's attention. But I'm not a 100% sure on that
The light novel actually has multiple endings for each ml. I went straight to Corey's ending because he's my favorite
