Guys just saw this from another site, if by chance do you know it?

"Does anybody know a manga where the couple keeps their relationship a secret from everyone, and they go to a high-school reunion. They were dared to kiss each other and they tilt their head to the left which I guess was unusual cause you would usually tilt your head to the right, but that indicated that they're used to kissing each other and one of the character panics. I think that scene is from the extras."
