So much whining about Adelaide, get over it. Either y’all didn’t realize she already had feelings for Cesar or you don’t understand that she’s simply following through with a deal she made with him. Which part of her made you guys feel that she’s the type to go back on her word?. Pride and stubbornness is a clear character trait she’s shown to possess from the beginning. And instead of waiting to see if Cesar comes to her, she moved forward first so she could take control of the situation. It’s not that crazy.
Anyway, I loved Cesar not being overly intense in that court as well. He was cold blooded yet still very nonchalant, it’s an interesting combination. Looking forward to next chapter.
