I tried reading the first 10 ch, still have no idea what the author is trying to tell.
I left it for a while, then tried reading again. And up to ch 30 (mostly just skimmed through it), but still boring.
I don't know if I can finish it.

I did a hunt for them a year ago, closest I found was someone on tumblr that translated some sections / extras. Most English materials sadly only cover the first volume.
It might be faster to learn japanese and read the original texts than to wait for English translations of them, at this point.
Tokyopop has licensed and published all three volumes in English with the final Interlude volume coming out this August, they're sold on Amazon and Kobo. Search for the English title "My Beautiful Man".
