i think this translator is fine? idk why everyone says otherwise. it’s understandable & actually written well, maybe not like a literary masterpiece, but its totally fine; i’ve seen way worse and i’m a real grammatical critic. it’s also the same webtoon font, so it looks neat. + they get the chapters out way quicker, it’s nicer to read them all together.

yes it was nice but they don't really give that vibe for me especially in that one scene where jigu saw yeonwon fall, he was supposed to say "hyung" not "hey" and j9byul is putted instead of j9star which causes confusion for readers (same encounter cause i thought jigu has two accounts with different names) so yeah their not so bad but not so good either because they tend to leave out important details (since i saw some leaks)

there might be small mistakes, but see, i didn’t even know about that, and it doesn’t make much of a difference. as long as the larger conversations convey the same meaning and are written well, then it’s alright. yes, j9byul was confusing, but i then simply took it as, it’s still j9star, since ik byul means star

i understand styles change sometimes but why did the art change so drastically. it’s so appalling it makes me stop reading

I wrote this in another comment, but thought I’d mention it here if you cared to go back and take a quick look at just how drastic the changes are. I just reread this recently. The artwork reached its best starting from chapter 12 and lasted through the end of season 1. From chapter 53 it went downhill starting with the emperor who’d turned into a child. It got progressively worse until it hit rock bottom where we are now.
Literally the worst possible outcome.
