hello, too lazy to go through comments but not too lazy to type out what I just read through the novel + the extras. I binged this story in one night, it was so good, im really happy about it. You should read it, google the story name + novel and you can find the translations easily.
for those wondering about the extras or how its different ending in the novel, here’s what I found (obvious spoilers ahead):
- the main couple go to the land killian was granted, living happily maintaining the territory. He doesnt plan to inherit the dukedom at all
- the author K stayed in Rhyse’s (Lise in the novel) body, and created a mess trying to force the main story still, making the mom + dad hate her, and clith falling out of love. the imperial family stripped her of everything and sent her to monastery in the end
- clith was able to move on and inherit the dukedom so our couple could still be happy YIPPEE
- main couple had two kids in the end, and the brother’s parents love their grandkids dearly. I liked their parents so im happy after dealing with Lise they could be happy again
- the maid anna and the accountant (lenon? The stoic guy edith did paperwork for) got together
- hinted at that the princess still ended up with the prince from neighboring country
- btw Chu Sona, our MC’s past life was able to have a dream about after her death, her bro got arrested for killing her, her parents cried for her but also was worried about the bro’s jail sentence too, and her coworkers regretted their rudeness, and her bf was regretful too. Since sona ended up w/ killian, she appreciated the closure
