I actually despise Heiner LOL. Why is he so entitled?? Annette never asked for him to be obsessed with her. She didn't even know of his existence. Its literally his fault that he held her to an unrealistic standard without him even knowing her. Hes actually one of the worst MLs I've ever read about. I wish she could escape him for good
Feels like so much potential for plot/ growth was lost... ML is introduced as a wishy-washy guy whos leading FL on, just for the story to basically do a 180. Kinda wish there was more depth with ML treating FL even more worse so that 2nd ML could've had more screen time and maybe ML's change in feelings would make more sense :T
Planned to skim the first chapter, feeling like i would dislike it due to the art style (its beautiful but not something i thought i would enjoy reading an entire story of). But I was instantly drawn in, the plot is up my alley, and the chapters flew by so quickly. The art style suits the psychological thriller theme and the expressions on the characters really added to the tone. Really glad I tried something new.
