Maybe join red cross or some other org cuz even if you're student you can do it, but no people like it the easy way and just stay on their phone. And just saying Gaza is not the only place facing genocide.

It's not normal. Not that it's bad or something to be ashamed of, but if you can you should see a psychologist or doctor just to understand it. I don't think it's a "sickness" or something that needs to be cured, but you should definitely go to a professional and learn what it is. If you're happy with your life, nothing needs to be "fixed", it's just a good idea to know and understand yourself and how you feel.
