In a adult way or just romance but either way isn't it incest? Maybe they don't blood related but it is still illegal and some people still thinks 'they not blood related and even they live in the same house it is not different from bestfriend being lovers and you over reacting etc.', but their parents rise them as siblings and so the other people. imo yep, it’s incest. pseudo-incest to be exact? just because you’re not related by blood doesn’t mean you’re not real siblings :/ blood relation isn’t everything. irks me so much when they say its not incest cause they’re not related- like i have an adopted relative but i take and think of them as my real relative sooo...
