Gomu Gomu no Ponkan's feed

can anybody recommend player and experienced top who's always teasing the bottom. but the bottom isn't hot headed tho. like instead of getting annoyed he just gets flustered. optional but the uke doesn't like the top in the first place , only starts to like him as the story goes on
