They don't. Jooin has aristocratic blood, but the manhwa has never stated that they're blood related or anything. He and his father were abandoned by his aristocratic mother. Iirc, they grew up in close proximity because Jooin's father was originally a palace gardener.

Well... I recommend to read it from the beginning cause you'll get more understanding of yuder's character.... Cause the manhwa is nice but they didn't really include more of Yuder thoughts.
