With a lot of stories it's kind of obvious that the MC should leave the ML because they treat them poorly or there is a 2nd ML that treats them better however it's not as cut and dry in this story. Most of time the ML treats the MC well and is really caring and affectionate but now the MC is realizing that the ML's love has reached a point of obsession. Now he's having a battle of heart and mind because he knows they they love each other but if they're unable to have a proper conversation them they can't move past this point. Very realistic. I hope that the MC and ML have a proper conversation and they ML doesn't cave in as he's done in the past.
