I'm sooooo in love with the way people are catching on that Ran doesn't see herself integrating into the story. It's like she hasn't realized she's not an extra or that she can disappear so quickly and it would be so naive to think she can.
When they called it out, it made so many things click into place. I mean, I knew she wasn't involving herself much, but it made it that much more obvious. I can't wait for her to realize that she's not a supporting character but a main one.
I so badly wanted to enjoy this but I can't bring myself to.
The pacing is atrociously fast and there's no explanation as to what is going on. It's clear from certain hints that she's forgotten who she is and that she knows the ML. ML clearly owns a magical business that caters to humans and to fantasy beings (William is a Dragon, Rosamund is a Witch, and there are fairies). He obviously loves her but WHY. If they had shown us from his perspective, the WEBTOON could be centered around getting her to love him whilst helping her discover her memories. Yet apparently we have to be detectives to figure everything out on our own and the WEBTOON isn't built in a way to make that satisfying or intuitive. It just leaves us in the unknown instead.
Additionally, the FL feels too lacking to be of interest. She has no common sense, is constantly apologizing, and is just unbelievable as a character. She started off in the beginning of the first chapter as a strong tho traumatized character but then becomes a timid and reactionary one. She has no chill, no brain-shes just a sun fish.
The idea was so good, but it's just fallen really flat and I'm so disappointed by that.
