Its BL. The MC was deaf, he was a stock trader (?), he was sweet, hardworking, and has independent mentality. I think in the early chapter, there was a scene where's a female dump him cz she feel like the MC too good for her and she didn't feel like she deserves him.
There's also scene where his old friend invite him to a party cz he want to introduce MC to other, but the mc passed out, and the ML break through the door to save him
