There is no reading order. "Kiss me liar" and "Kiss me if you can" are the only manhwa adaption from that universe so far. Even if one was released a few years earlier (Kiss me liar), they take place during the same time. The only thing you should be aware of: the epilogue and the side stories (with the exception of one) of "Kiss me liar" take place a few years into the future. It would be different if you are reading the (web-)novels, there you have more stories.
