Decided to reread since the release of the anime adaptation. And at first I was really intrigued by the story and premise, but I was hoping for a little more action on Ryo's side. I love a good world-building, but there are so many speech bubbles going on and so many words to read that I end up skipping a lot of the dialogue. While the art style is ok, it's lacking in detail compared to the cover art, and all the pages look half to unfinished completely. Not to mention all the characters look like they haven't slept in ages and have dark bags under their eyes. I even felt uncomfortable reading the scenes Nina the secretary is in cause it's impossible to tell whether or not she's wearing pants due to no shading or details in the clothes and it just looks like shes not wearing anything. I hear the novel is better than the anime and manga, but I might end up liking the anime more.
I thought Kwon's dad was going to be some kind of mean spirited, unlikable person but no he was just a sweet old guy that did what he thought was best in the current situation!!!!!! (TToTT) He should have stayed but he didn't want to burden them!!!!!! And he's so happy that his son is happy and they all happy so I'm happy and I'm cryinnnnnng!!!!
