i finished this in one sitting & wow this has healed me. the communication made the rated scenes even more endearing. this is how you portray a light misunderstanding that is fixed with communication + MORE, healthily showing their boundaries, both taking the initiative to make their relationship more secure. the flow of this is so beautiful i’ve never felt more satisfied. i swear this is like the first one i’ve felt from bl’s and i’ve read so much. some part of me thinks author-nim will jump out and give us a scare, but i trust in her & the story plot line. PLEASEEEEEE GIVE ME THIS COMMUNICATION NON TOXIC RECS (straight or bl it doesn’t matter) MWAH MWAH (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ
just so ya’ll know instead of complaining, just leave but also in all seriousness this comes from a novel- toxic. the uke did messed up things to the top & his mom so this is a form of revenge for the top but also in the end they become obsessed w/ each other.
the uke graped the top and tortured his life for abt a year i believe, and recorded him. uke sent it to top’s mom, thus the mom got a mental illness and was never the same again (basically traumatized). so this is a toxic story. i feel bad for the top, but then again this is his form of revenge which isn’t good either morally.

am i lacking reading comprehension skills or smth bc isn’t what touma said in 11.5 basically confirming that sentarou is actually the father for megu?
Rather than being the father I think it might have been who she wanted her baby to be raised by/who she’ll probably have married to help with the baby. It’s been a minute since I’ve read this so I’m just giving a guess.
i thought that as well initially after a certain part where touma thought that ririko couldn’t rely on him or shouji when he thought she was already probably aware of her pregnancy at that time but then his realization of it being sentarou & then in his thoughts saying “i’m not telling you though”. is more confirmation, & in the last chapter too sentarou is expressing his regrets for being able to be there for ririko when he might have been the father so isn’t that plot device to hint towards the readers? with shouji as well, i thought it was him, but perhaps his kindness or liking towards megu is just lingering regrets towards his past with ririko. I don’t know i’m just overthinking haha also megu looks so much like the mix of ririko & sentarou too
but!! i do also agree with your take. it also makes me wonder though, ririko was selfish & a cheater & wild in general but i dont think she would have placed a child in sentarou’s hands that isn’t his or maybe she understood that the one to raise her child should be someone that isn’t related to gangs even if the baby wasn’t biologically theirs, but it contradicts her love with shouji & the fact that she never tried to look harder for sentarou in the years she was raising her alone (quite horribly too) ugh it feels so incomplete ( ̄へ ̄)
You’re right it’s a very open ending, I like to think neither of them are the parent, just like adopted fathers. Just cause I don’t want sentarou to be filled with guilt.
I really need to reread this cause I don’t even remember whether they all worked together or not
