We completely went from Jungwook being the "bad" ex to this Seunghyun being this horrendous human that dated the MC??? Like baby that's not just a bad ex, he was abusing Haekyung and yet no one talked about that??? Why? If anything I wish Seunghyun was the main antagonist from the beginning so we could have real fleshed this out.
This story needs so much polishing, I'm honestly annoyed that I saw so many people hyping this up. I don't read comments due to spoilers but damn do I wish I saw these ones to have save myself the hassle.
The story is lacking along with character building. Cause I'm not over the fact we had these friends dancing in the background with no development. Seohyun honestly owes Kihoon a large ass apology: I couldn't imagine calling my boyfriend/friend a fucking beggar cause you assumed he was talking to your sister on zero grounds of information...like what the hell??? Plus the little asshole is or was fucking Joohyung...those three needed some character building too. Cause what is the point of them being here to only be left to nothing.
I'm just frustrated with this whole story...#－.－)
P.S I know the author was sick from the comments, but I stand firm on my feelings. Either have someone take your place so your story gets its justice or honestly keep it on an indefinite hiatus.
HunterxHunter and One Piece aren't even done and those stories started in the 90s and their fans are still tuning in or waiting. Sometimes life gets in the way but just ending your story like this sucks because it ends up butchering it for your fans who waited diligently only to be left with a sour taste in their mouths. I only hope the author is recovering well...sad their story ended so poorly...

I will say honestly, story wise there is nothing super special about their relationship or the drama. Gyuwon "best friend" was such a waste of air. And his whole personality fell flat to me, like you treated your only friend like feeding machine, drop him, come back because you're a loser that can't make it and cause issues in his relationship just because??? Like get a life homie!!! (︶︿︶)＝凸
I really would have prefer the story following Gyuwon losing the weight as Geon fell in love with him and grew to let go of his love for Seungwoo. These Fat to Abs stories are always so cliche...fat character loses a crap ton of weight in an unrealistic amount of time (we never see it either--just time skip) and BAM! They have abs and grows like 1 or 2 feet taller lol
Gyuwon went from like 5'6 to a shocking 5'10 almost 6 ft lol like maybe a inch or two but not that much lol
P.S this isn't me hating the story, I genuinely had a good enough time but it would be nice (as a fatty myself) to let the fat characters be fat and loved or losing the weight while still being loved
I did like that Geon found Guy cute from the jump but it felt almost how your find round toddlers cute...not cute as in attractive but "Awe" cute (if you know what I mean)
He was a cute kid: that little finger count moment to show his age made me (⌒▽⌒). It's always a shame to see children getting the short end of the stick because no one could or would help them. His mother leaving is such a sad reality for a lot of children; she leaves to make money and then tries to come back only for it to be too late or she ends up dying herself.
I wonder if his mother is alive or dead...seems he never talks about her now.
It's a shame his whole personality morphed off of his bum ass daddy and Jumin (who I assume is going to do something horrible too). I knew his dad was gonna croak before Jae could rub his win in his face. Evil always seems to get the easy way out.
Therapy--therapy is what he needs: will he get it? I'm not optimistic but maybe Minghwa will surprise me and she actually wrote it in.
Also saw a comment about what if Jumin and his gang possibly SA-ing Jaekyung thus why he got his "Jinx" now. Σ( ￣□￣||) that would be such a sad reality for adolescent Jaekyung...I hope the comment is wrong...
I can't seem to get Me and The Devil by Soap&Skin out of my head every time I look at Zhenya especially in this new season. The way the artists drew his blue eyes turning red when he's remotely angered or lustful (maybe both at the same time (￣∇￣")) is so intense that I genuinely wished Taekjoo just allowed himself to be caught by the police. Prison would be 10x easier than what Zhenya will put this man through.
Also quick side rant: I actually really like the new art style they're going with this season, it truly suits Taekjoo being on the more masculine side (the gloss lips are iconic of course lol) but I like this fresher look on him--though his last seasons' body was TEA!
I also think Zhenya looks how I imagine Taekjoo always described him in the novel. Tall, ivory skin, well built, but very youthful in the face with bright blue eyes. In the novel (when they're dating/together) Taekjoo favorite thing to say is "why are you so pretty, kid". Which tells us that Pretty is how we should see Zhenya: the Devil is often seen as beautiful--he is a fallen angel. Also, also--he's like 24 years old; he should look young because he is young lol.

(╯°Д °)╯╧╧ how I wish Zhenya's character wouldn't hurt Taekjoo like he did in the novel but I know this isn't my story. One day I hope Korean (some Japanese too) artist/authors will get it through their thick ass skulls that SA shouldn't be used as a bonding between your main characters.
So as a PSA for young readers or people still wondering if there will be more SA: Yes, yes there will be a few times in what I assume is at least 5 to 10 chapters this season maybe more depending on how drawn out it is. And if they do it correctly to the novel: the next chapter or two will already contain Zhenya taking advantage of Taekjoo again. So if you are not a fan of last season please just read something healthier.
Such an abrupt ending, this is the story that actually needs 50+ chapters of lore and character building. The sisters, the familial neglect/abuse, animal cruelty, murder...just this whole fucking family needed Jesus. Damien's depression that stemmed in killing an animal (which is still traumatizing) then his sister just saying--you know what I enjoy killing myself. Like what the hell is going on?!
Also Ian just blatantly being okay with being technically held hostage at his boyfriends apartment because--he liked him?? No...no that is how killing stalking type shit happens lol. I actually like the story but it sucks all this lore was dump and resolved within the last 4 chapters
Jerome is such a snack ლ(´ڡ`ლ) sorry sorry! I know this was a detail flashback for drama purposes but I mean young Konrad and Jerome were a killer couple. But Crybaby Fabian still has my heart and I hope Konrad can keep him safe.

This has to be the most wholesome zombie story I've ever stumbled upon. I was so excited for them to see the ocean, and it was beautiful to experience their enjoyment without seeing them. Because that moment only belongs to them now...the only people left on earth ╥﹏╥
I wanted to this to be as interesting as the premise set up. I get the biblical touches the Shepard, Lamb, and Wolf, but this ending is rushed as hell. I was genuinely hoping for at least 30ish chapters are lust and manipulation. Where we watch Dennis succumb to Todd and ultimately give into him or stand against him by the end to save the Sheep aka himself. Honestly I knew it was going to be an angsty story but this didn't feel like angst because I was left wanting more.
I assume Todd killed the sheep and fled and Dennis being so in love fell to his death thus becoming a willing sheep himself. But man did that not hit me like I thought it would

People talking shit about Jaekyung is still engagement ladies and gents. Not all stories are going to get people fangirling over the main couple, some stories such as Jinx makes people upset which is what the author created when she made him the way she did. Even if Minghwa herself said she finds it annoying that people bitch about her characters then she's delusional to think everyone would praise this unhealthy dynamic. I can be annoyed with something and still call it "good". Jinx overall is a decent story, easy to follow, good art, and interesting enough plot (basic but interesting). Is Jinx a 10/10 story? Hell nah lol and y'all can argue with the wall on that one, but it's still entertaining enough for me to check in periodically.
Jaekyung once again is not the worst red flag that was ever created but he isn't above the bar either. He's verbally abusive, demanding, mean, threatening, and controlling. He checks about the "normal" red flags in day to day men. While I am 100% expecting him to become this super lovey dovey boyfriend by the end of this. I also can acknowledge that the journey to that self awareness is lame. Why? Cause he's got childhood trauma? Oh boo hoo and cry me a river
