To be fair, I'm taking the increased nausea when mind control attempts as a sign. Cuz he didn't like the first time, did the second, and was boarderline sounding on the third. Like it's getting harder. But this could also be explained through reasonable plot, such as the dragon dude doing it a lot and the fox brother probably pulled a stronger spell to prove his point

if i couldnt read english i wouldve assumed this was one of those manhwas where the mc (mehen) ran away while being pregnant and a few yrs later reunites w ml (the duke) and the duke finds out they have a child together
