Honestly I don't think so. Read the last few chaps carefully. I think Inhun's words made NK realize what NK really wants. Nk's excuse was "Im doing this for my teacher" but in reality he wanted to do it. For example chap 42 page 8. He's saying he did everything because he wanted to do it. Now NK is confused he thinks he's a prostitute because he feels this way. He didn't decide to "become" anything he just gave in to his feelings.
