He used psychology to groom Wooseo (not the child grooming one but the type to lure animals to come to you first). He knew he can be assertive but he chose not to. But with all his efforts, yes, he does deserve Wooseo. The man originally tried to give up until he learned he has a trump card in his hands (the ring). While Jiseok just popped out of nowhere and realized he too, has feelings for Wooseo like bruh, you've been by his side for like 10 years-ish but all you need is a push from your big bro, even the part where your bestie was taken away wasn't enough for you to realize your own feelings that your big bro needed to spell it for you *facepalm*
So, no matter how much of a psycho Jigeon is, the man deserves Wooseo. He might be crazy but at least he treats his boyfie well.
