I don't really think she would've intentionally played into promiscuity even drunk, even if that other random guy at the cafe was hitting on her etc. I think she slept with ML BECAUSE she already knew him and trusted him to some extent as childhood friends.
Trust in a FWB scenario is really huge. Only mad at her ex, not the ML. Ex could have at least communicated a breakup with her, how shitty Sleep around if you want but not if you have a monogamous partner who loves and trusts you, doing it on the low is so awful. Traumatic fr.
