i thought the hook and dynamics were all so interesting & amazing in the beginning and MC is literally so cool and ML is so cute.. but the story tries to tackle the “obsession” troupe and it got too complicated and the angst didnt feel like it was well handled. and the solution to it seemed wishy washy at times TT im rlly sad bc i loved the first 75% of the novel except for when i was constantly questioning why ML was deceiving MC. im glad they worked out but their love just doesnt hit the same
