Imma be dead honest, I was expecting way worse when reading these comments regarding the toxicity. Its definitely toxic, I won't deny that but I was expecting some like Killing stalking or worse levels of toxicity.
This isnt the worse story ive ever read. Will I reread it? Hell no. But its not the worst. Reading it was fine, the characters are both very flawed people which is why I think they work for each other.
But ye, I was expecting 10x worse toxicity LOL
I TOLDD YOU. Bro does being an ignorant shit run in this family?? Hyesung leaving Byul is not comparable AT ALL??? That bitch left Hyesung with an abusive asshole with FULL KNOWLEDGE and didnt even come back, then BLAMED HIM for not FINDING HER??? And Byul who "KNOWS" everything thinks thats comparable to his situation. Get the fuck outt. Can this author write something good for a change, im turned of this.
Hyesung is gonna be forced to be a good terms with his loose ass mother.
Let's be honest, we all know how this is going to go. Hyesung is going to be guilt tripped by Byul into forgiving his mother just because she's a good grandma to him. If the author truly wanted to respect Hyesung in his decision regarding his mother, she would of never been included in this story.
You just gotta accept that this author is shit at not making Hyesung seem irrational, grown up or get respected by anyone in his family.
This is a very deeply invested story. I love dark psychology like this. There's so many aspects to the Uke and his POV is exactly like his brain, unreliable. So really you, as a reader, are just as confused as the MC is.
I am very interested in what's happening to the Uke, etc etc.
Overall, it's a very good dark story. Both are fucked up individuals with so many layers. I'm just interested in if we'll ever see the two of them become well again or will we see them both turn out the same way Yoonbum and Sangwoo did. Aka dead.
This is literally one of the best Bls I ever read.
Through the way it was written, character growth, depiction of sex scenes. It was absolutely beautiful. It was telling a story of 2 men falling in love, being held back by their own issues and eventually finding peace with each other. This wasn't like others where it's clearly just a quick money grab or over sexualising the gay genre because it panders to an audience. The author wanted to tell a story and God damn, did they tell a beautiful one.
You could see through the depiction of sex, especially the piano one, how much they longed for each other. The need and love they had as they touched each other yet was holding themselves back for reasons they didn't know how to explain.
I could write a full essay about this but I won't bore anyone whose reading this with that.
All i will say is this is an amazing story, it is definitely worth your time and we need more LGBT stories like this, instead of the oversexual toxic abuse shit. Give us real love stories.

Bwat coming back to show these writers how a good story is made.
