I don't if you have it not but boiling basil leaves and drinking it helps and if it's too bitter add some honey ..oh and inhaling steam of basil leaves also helps reply
Super lovers was the first and what got me interested in bl.. then I came accross cherry blossoms after winter, all time favorite I've lost count of how many times I've read that also BWT is again all time favorite...i think most of us are huge fan of BWT reply
