The first dragon, which he got from the 100th tower, Jinwoo named it Kaisel. He rode Kaisel back to SK hospital along with the healing potion for his mother. That was the only time he used it, as we know. :)
Technically Kaisel is a wyvern. Closely related to but not quite a dragon. Just become sometimes people refure to them as dragons for looking so similar but smaller doesn't actually make them a dragon.

wyvern has two legs and bend forward to its talons (like human wrist) to walk on ground. a dragon is a four legged creature with talons.
