If author decides that it's sweet and nothing beyond this happens (nothing like grape, assault, kidnapping etc) then it will be so, it's their story and they decided what personality to give their characters
ML might be creep but if uke is fine with that then so be it, it's not based on real events or real people, even tho people like him exist fr he will be what author wants him to be aka uke's first/true love
