I read this manwha maybe around 2018-2019, the main character was very similar to Garu from Nu:Carnival in terms of character design. He had wolf ears and brown hair, his main love interest was a nurse that he dated before it changed to a white haired wolf eared guy (??)

I don’t think it’s a necessary direction to go with especially with the story already being complicated, but understandable to have the author include such a topic.
