this is not real. such cases aren't real, where the uterus is fully functioning and connected to the rectum with fully functioning male gentalia at that and no periods at all?? what will the ml semen fertilise? the mc's semen?
think of it as medical fiction.

the levels of testosterone the mc has to have in order to produce sperm and get hard will literally kill his menstrual cycle regardless of him not bleeding. His testosterone alone will kill needed levels of fsh and lh so his "eggs" will not even die or mature, they will stay frozen

Hi so actually it is very much true, our local news covered a docu about it like 5 years ago about a guy who has ’monthly periods’ ever since he was 12 yr old, and the blood comes out of his ya know an us and, and they had him go test through like colonoscopy to see if it’s that, but it wasn’t; he had a small tumor there but that wouldn’t be enough for him to bleed monthly, and so they went through an obgyn and he went through a 3D ultrasound, and was found that he had an ovary, and all that, that’s why he was bleeding monthly. So with that, it is really true, but rare cases, it was called OT-DST, though a case with a man having a uterus, would be PMDS, so I highly suggest you to do research before deeming something not possible, though in those cases they won’t get pregnant, men having uterus or females reproductive organs, are possible though very rare :).

I don't know about the first abbreviation but males with pmds can't get pregnant.
the female structures that they might have differe from one case to another but all of them don't have a vagina or vaginal opening, thus no open hole on the outside that can be penetrated nor an open hole through the rectum or lower intestinal tract.
the "period" your talking about is due to hormonal imbalance. did you really think the uterus will open to the penis????

Bruh, obviously they can’t get pregnant because they have no means to ovulate and all that, but men with female reproductive organs does exist. You can chose not to believe it if that helps you sleep at night, but that won’t erase the fact that those people exists. And no, it isn’t because of ’hormonal imbalance’ it was because they also have an endometrial cavity developed and since they don’t have a vag ina it comes out of their ass. But they have an option to surgically remove it for $30,000 since their amab. Bottomline is, those people exists, and of course they be will infertile but still exists.

have you even read any of my comments? yes such cases exist but to say that whatever fictional condition the mc got is real is hilarious, I never said female and male gentalia can't exist in one body I said the possibility of having both fully functioning in one body and being able to get pregnant is impossible.

I don't know where you read your case but pmds are usually presented with hernia, they open through the muscle wall not into the intestinal tract, if that happened they would get organ failure and sepsis.
and no the bleeding isn't period blood, the male body in the case of pmds don't produce enough female hormones to do that. do you think the male peeing hole would be big enough to pass chunks of uterine wall? they can't even pass kidney stones and you believe they would pass period blood? and blood that comes out due to the hormonal imbalance differs from the nutrient dense blood that comes with period.
to begin with males with pmds don't even develop cervical canal, how do you think it will be possibly connect to the penis or the intestinal tract?
and what's more importantly is those males don't develop secondary female sexual characteristics, estrogen isn't enough to give them tits and fully ruin the penis function but you think it is enough to give them period? that's the reason why it's hard to catch since it's effects on gonadal function differes from what is seen in chromosomal abnormalities and malignancies.

dane gets with grayson chase’s brother i think their story is called love me if you can but im not 100% sure

Dane is an extreme/dominant omega.
He meets Josh once in the main story and one time in the side stories.
The problem with Dane is that the author planned him for Grayson's story ( desire me, if you can), but it's still not released. She has two novel series in the same universe:" kiss me,..."(Keith's family) and ..., "if you can" (Miller family). yes, the title of this one is a mix of both of them.XD and wrote other novels since then. For the Millers the next one would have been about the oldest son Nathaniel, but it got indefinetly delayed.
That's why you rarely see Dane, don't get that many informations about him.

really want a side story for that character too.
