For me it didn’t feel like the ml was all over his ex bff, it felt more like his backstory showing how his father was in the way of his life and just introducing a character later on the story ( ex bff wasn’t introduced early in the story). Trust , I wouldn’t like a ml still not over some person too but this story is different( I don’t want tell you more because of spoilers ). Hope this makes sense.
