the doctor.. if someone freshly presents as an omega, wouldn’t you let them know basic stuff such as “mixing phenomones”, how too much alpha pheromones could lead to pheromone shock and start an early heat? the symptoms of what a heat feels like?? the uke is so clueless and i’m not blaming him but like i feel like the doctor could’ve done better or something
