It’s both Mingyu and Jeonghan’s likenesses being used (Mingyu is obvious since there’s that one chapter where the artist forgot to erase his moles which they’d added—but you can tell it’s Jeonghan by his slopping eyes and the shape of his upper lip which fans have always called “squirtle mouth”… it’s how all fans draw JH) as well as their personalities (there’s a line that directly references Jeonghan’s wrt the colander thing in the first chapter). Plus it’s their obvious ship dynamic: sly fox yjh x puppy kmg. It’s how every korean 규정 fic is written lol.
