Damn, one of the best manga I've ever read
Rereading for the 10th time. The angst, the emotion, the flow of the story. Everything is so perfect and well written.
Is it really the end?
I have several questions...
1. What kind of creature is Beomjin? Like a back story of how he was created?
2. Why does Yoonjae is not repulsed when being touched by Beomjin? Is it because he is half dead? Is the flower that did not blossomed (where he was taken care by the younger brother) is Beom Jin, that kind of twist.
3. What will happen with Yoon Jae as half dead?
I feel kinda sad with what happened to Yeom-Ra, hoping there could be a side story where he had his own happy ending. The line where he said "I was unbearably lonely" hit me to the core.
Overall, i really enjoyed the story. Not too much angst as i was expecting as there could have some potential situations that could occur with the story line but it was a good read.

I think i can help out with your questions!
1. I believe Beomjin isn’t perse a ‘creature’ - he is human. The difference he possesses is that his soul before being born was the one specific flower from the goddess that no one wanted because it’s soul vessel was so large (great power, great ties to the underworld = ‘danger’). His power you’ll notice is the same kind of power that the king of the heavenly realm uses. Why? I’m not sure, maybe something to do with the fact his soul/original flower self was gifted to his parents by a goddess (= heavenly being) This is also linked to your second question.
2. I think Yoonjae is not repulsed by Beomjin for 2 reasons. 1. maybe Because the bell bracelet granted his ability to sense and see ghosts unfiltered and hence he was ‘desensitised’ to it and got farmiliarised with the different ‘energies’ of the two. 2. It’s kind of referenced that the flower Yoonjae stepped on and fixed up in his previous life as a kid WAS Beomjin before he was granted the permission to ‘bloom’ and live in the earthly realm. This connection of their souls perhaps plays a large part
3. It was essentially explained what would happen with Yoonjae, it means that he tilters on the edge of both alive and ‘dead’ realms unfortunately. This means he has no ‘fate’ because his ‘fate’ had already come to pass. Beomjin and his brother were doing things for the scar guy (forgot his name lol) to make sure he didn’t use his influence to bring about Yoonjaes death. Now that the underworld will be returning to normal kilter though, i suspect he will go on living his life as normally as possible (while still being able to see ghosts ofc) until he inevitably dies one day. It’ll just mean that i suspect when he does die there will be no reapers to collect his soul (he won’t be on their record) so THIS might cause some problems. But it’s not like there won’t be other beings to guide his soul to the underworld realm that know of his position

I don't want yeon ra to have any happy ending. Call me cruel but he deserved it. I think he was let off too easily and his death did no justice to pain he caused to others. Yaoi authors have soft spots for bullies so i have no problems either. But definitely want no happy ending for him.

I absolutely love the first half part but I think at the second part, where there’s kidnapping and such, the story was dragged and I felt that there could have been more happenings instead of dragging that arc, But well, we all have different opinions. But I love how the author executed each characters. Still ,I felt that these could’ve been carried out better.
