I don't really remember all the summary but it was a historical medicine, doctor, system type of manhwa
MC is the prince and was abandoned or neglected by the king because the mothers is maid (I think). He study to be doctor and in that academy he was mistreated cause he is not good with mana or other things but suddenly he gets the knowledge about modern medicine like a system.Oh after that he pass the test or something and goes to slump to establish his own clinic. He find one friend or assistant in the academy. They are poor and needs money. He has also other siblings 2 older prince 1 younger prince and 1 princess the princess is supportive of the MC . Later the king and the princess also get saved by the prince medicine. The king also secretly adore the prince I think.
