idk man I feel the same, what helps me through is realising that I’m a spoiled brat living in 21 century in a pretty nice country, I have clean water, food, electricity, internet, a place to live and like 98% people in history have had it worse than me lol. Like yeah I feel ugly, worthless and lonely but at least I’m not a 14 year old teenage b......
