Let's be honest. Having Maxi there will be very inconvenient to those war men its like having to take care of a rabbit while trying to fight a dragon. Riftans actions is justified. But the problem his he does not give her a chance to speak and when she does he does not communicate his true feelings about his worry etc. And Maxi doesn't understand Riftan either. He is use to these things he would know their situation best. I think Maxi should have been home or sent to work in a less aggressive workspace as a first timer.
