I don't think gunwon is wrong? I mean he's clearly not human and he's just following the rules HUMANS put, and even when he sees that it's clearly hurting them they don't retaliate so they must want this right? He was either just born (like how we saw in the first chapter) or isolated from humanity and is learning how to be a human based on what others are saying
