I had hoped that this atleast, although this novel has many intersecting themes w/ the Remarried Empress it would not be half as frustrating[ mostly bec it took a lot of chapters before the split/divorce happened]. I was wrong.
At least w/ Navier it's not so much as naivete, rather it was being responsible and fulfilling her duty since the relationship w/ Soveshu even prior Rashta was more of a work spouse vibe. They both were pushed into a high position w/ heavy responsibilities and duties to uphold and have depended and leaned on each other to grow into their respective roles. Each of them had really no room to experience that giggly, googly eyed, heart fluttering experience of even an actual first love since they weren't even each other's first or any place choice. They were engaged at a very young age and grew to depend on each other. So Navier has a stronger sense of responsibility since it's pretty much been her daily life companion aside from Soveshu amidst all the pressure from expectations of being a perfect crown princess then later empress.
Here tho fl is just so, white lotus-y even more than the platinum haired green tea and an overwhelming holy mother vibe [tho she's supposed to be a saint or something so]. Navier had at least pride and regalness in her bones that was undeniable, while fl in this novel kind of falls flat. If she was not the designated fl, she would blend into the extras crowd.

I think Jurion is the boss/ one of the bosses or acquainted at least w/ the boss of the shady pharma company that Jiwoo;s mom worked for. And likely sent the thugs into the association.
Makes sense since he peddled the newly enhanced/improved version of that eclipse drug to Duke and was even able to know the details of the fight that Ian didn't know and there was that glimpse of the light haired boss who received the report of the lab being turned into rubble courtesy of Kayden. And as heir to one of the top ten has resources to fund it.

Did Lorraine kill herself after getting married to Astana or Astana killed her? Novel readers pls spoil me

So who is this old man? And does he ever make an appearance in this story? Also that was really sad and I'm so glad she has a happier marriage here. Oh my gosh, in fact I think she won the lottery because she's living like in an exotic tropical island or something. She hit the wins. I would have been like, I'm sorry but I was feeling like such a supportive parents and then I would have been like, we are so vacationing there so much. Her dad is such a dummy

i forgot who, but its just some nobleman
yea, he ever make an appearance when Tia tell us the story of Lorraine from the past life, it's just really one frame.
I know how it feels! ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
Lorraine really such a gentle, strong and lovable. Thats why i always wondering how come theres an angel born from Vieze and Seral when both of them are trash (⌒▽⌒)

Honestly Im surprised that it took this long before anyone tried to get into kayden's good graces by trying to lobby a girl to ji woo. Or just for the fact that ji woo is kayden's disciple. I would've thought that lots of awakener families would lobby their daughter/niece/or any female relative of their's for like an engagement or something while ji woo's still young and inexperienced in that department but has enough achievements to be a prime candidate

Even if say it is an arranged marriage. By this point, they pretty much confirmed they have feelings for each other. Like girl, respect yourself and have some respect for your spouse.

???
She isn’t cheating???
She is trying to make one friend after a childhood in jail. She is NOT flirting back and is not that great at socializing lol.
We wouldn’t have all these misunderstandings if she had social skills. ( though ml wasn’t helping, he is now by being honest )
She takes things at a very surface level sometimes.

See now, even with how she saw a vision of herself in trouble and possibly also implicating her spouse because of it, she still can't bring herself to even mention the blonde guy to her spouse.
Like' hey I met this blonde guy in the king's garden that aside from royalty and their closest aide's no one is allowed entrance to, and we became friends'. Not even that, not a peep. Or to the aides who she also are friends w/, or the maids. Pretty much anyone on their side. None

I think carsein is in on it. Or at the very least, he's aware of what that brat was up to. He stands to gain the most whether or not maythan gets banished after all. Banished, he can visit maythan incognito while the crown prince most likely can't unless he wants to step down. If maythan agreed to flee he'd basically be a fugitive, carsein could hide him away where only he would know. And considering what happened in prev chapters w/ all the noncon scenes, he seems perfectly capable and willing to resort to either
Am I the only one who thinks that Sion looks like a younger, sleep deprived mini-me of Kayden but w/ red eyes
well, honestly, all the characters are just the same shape of face with diff. hair, body built and eyes-.-
