Not sure if this is what you mean but this belongs to the "reincarnation/suddenly part of another world" type of story. And although it doesn't rly have to do with raising children and stuff, she kinda does change the plot. But this story is so different from the others that ive read of this kind, that I have reread it for five time in the last two months and written a whole essay about why its so unique. I recomment 100%

Although I've never been a big fan of tentacle sex I can admire the fact that the tentacles add a new erotic factor to an already interesting concept after all the original "game" that Is always being referenced in this has women straight up birthing monsters all "alien" style. The cut off although ruined it for me when I tried to admire eve's sadistic streak and wanted to see how far he was willing to go. These new chapters get an 8/10 on the goon scale...
