Sorry but if my friends wer exes and one is desperately trying to get in touch with the other while they're in a happy relationship, I would give them a therapist's number instead. They need to move on and not be home-wreckers. Bby Lyle don't deserve all this stress and anxiety. But I really wished he'd communicate more with Ash and have more faith in him.
