I got that feeling too, Kendrick and little A talked after the eggs were laid and Little A learned more about Kendrick and he takes Kendrick's advice.
While with Milton they only talking about his milk and Little A seems to care about Miltons comfort but besides that they don't know anything about each other. If anything Little A has had a more serious conversation and relationship with Milo Miltons son. The building blocks for a healthy relationship just aren't there with Milton.
Although Kendrick does seem to be avoiding anything more serious with Little A due to his friendship with Big A, but that could change when Big A comes back.
