you need to find happiness in the small things like taking a walk, eating your favorite food, cleaning your room, watching the sunset, feeding cats, donating if you can, watering plants, reading 1 page from a book. These are all things that make me feel like at least i did something worth it today that makes me feel good about myself. reply
if your back pain is due to bad posture you can just do like i did going to the gym. I especially use all the gym equipments that help with strengthening my back and let me tell you it really helped me a lot. if you can't go the gym just search for videos on yt. reply
