Drink more water, not too much though cause water poisoning sucks ass.
Look for lower-calorie substitutes. 
Look at the calories of the stuff you're eating. 
Mustard is one of the sauces you can use a lot it's around 0 to 3 calories a tbsp.
Ranch is the devil's sauce
Check your drink calories.
