trauma makes people act in unthinkable ways, so i can see why he coped with drugs and sex constantly as an adult. the one person who made him feel alive vanished, while he continued to be that demons plaything- anywhere and anytime until it died
every detail of his family life and his view of the world with mc makes me find them even more tragic. why did he resort to that cruelty to mc ? how could he constantly put him in pain or uncomfortable situations when mc was always kind hearted enough to forgive him? i can’t wrap my head around it
