If you had been through abused yourself I feel like one who has better understanding of the pain and shouldn't try to do that to others. But in horsey's case he just doubled it and gave it to the next person
No I think it depends. Most people who didnt recieve any love or care , most of the time dont know how to show love or even tell what they are feeling. Its a foreign feeling for them since the two people who are supposed to teach you that , not only didnt show it but abused him. So probably he confuses abuse with love. Thats the only feeling he is used to, so thats the only feeling he knows and since in the story its not shown he received professional help its most likely he never healed from the trauma, he just choose to forget wich is impossible
So it's a coloured manhwa where the mc's childhood friend confesses his love to mc then goes to date a lookalike of mc who has a beauty mark. This lookalike turns out to be MC's cousin. Mc then joins a star gazing or astronomy?? club where he meets the ml. And MC's cousin is in band. Help me find this
Kind of ig ( I don't remember much). The mc's childhood friend confesses to mc and then he confesses that he has started dating someone or smth who turns out to be MC's lookalike cousin. This throws mc in a loop and he develops mixed feelings when he heard that his friend is dating someone else after confessing to him. Smth like that. Then he meets the ml in a club
There are people defending JJK's actions saying that since he had been abused in his childhood he doesn't know better. First of all, JJK is a grown up now. He is 27 years old not a baby. He should have known better. You are telling me that in all those years he couldn't fix up his behaviour. Ok cool. Let's just go ahead and give him the benefit of doubt..
If JJK is truly struggling with all those issues then he should be going into therapy. Consult a psychiatrist or a therapist. Because at this point he is unfit of being in a healthy romantic relationship with Dan. I hate how all the time in these stories the seme who obv has some issues instead of going to therapy and rectifying his issues or even acknowledging them, instead doubles down on the uke. The authors make "love heals everything" trope really unpalatable with the way how the uke is continuously abused, suffers a lot, does the emotional labour from both sides for a problematic seme. Everything is from the uke's side and nothing is from the seme's side.
