So far, every pisses me off. The military girl kinda piss me off too, she act rashly, the police too. MC is kinda likable but she has her pissed of moments .
what got you mad about MC? imo she react so well, and so calm/kind, she's very likeable. She def have the quality to be a good leader she just need more confidence.
Everyone is just doing what they can to survive besides some characters, the police guy and military woman are just acting rationally
