Did you all forget the part where his aunt showed him a picture of Dohu making it known that she follows his life closely and could do something to Dohu if he didn't listen to her ??
Did you forget how desperate he was to run back to Dohu at the end of the season ? He would've probably make up by now if it was just up to him. My money is on him behaving that way to protect Dohu.

Ok so just read chapter 71 and honestly I think my theory just drowned lol but after seeing his inner monologue I still stand by him. I feel sad for Dohu but their relationship was more than love for Juheon, he thought he had finally found someone who he could be his true self with and be vulnerable after being deceived and used so many times he started masking himself. He felt like he could finally breath easily only to realize that he was once again deceived and used. I can't even find the right words to explain how frustrated I feel when I see people diminishing his pain because it isn't visually shown like Dohu's.
