Two kids met (Roma and illa) when their single parent's dated each other, growing close then apart after a the couple broke up and a failed running away attempt.

Time passed and the son of the moms ex is now working in a hospital saves roma (son of his father's ex) from a suicide attempt.

After the patient runs off he realizes who it was and runs after even hurting a college in his rush. He doesnt catch up.

The patient (roma) witnesses a robbery and steps in helping the woman who became his partner, later his wife and mother to his child. She abandons the relationship and child.
A kid then shows up claiming his mom lives there, the boy is the child of Roma's mom and her ex boyfriend (the father of illa).

kid runs off, after running into illa again roma seeks his help finding the kid.

Whenever overwhelm the characters are physically soaked in water- a supposed metaphor that falls flat.

so basically deadbeat parents and partners everywhere. Roma has selective memory-if you hurt him emotionally he will lose a chunk of memories related to you--like his parents/upbringing/etc.

Lots of incest, and flirting between family members. Sexual harassments by romantic interests. Its funny and problematic. The brother complexes everywhere. Yandere sibling.

Never have I seen so many identical and fractural twins in a single story. So there's a kiss between son and dad. There an uncle dating his nephew going as far to work at the school to stay close to his student/nephew/lover.
